Once Avista was acquired by Kurita, A&Co stepped in to help the brand evolve and integrate successfully with a new parent company. This included strategy for an updated brand evolution and guide - language, standards, typography, colors, etc.

With the global expansion of Avista's brand after acquisition, A&Co was tasked to create a new website that will provide a seamless user experience to access and digest information, navigate and search with minimal effort, and to present all resources as clearly as possible. The design of the website to match the brand, as well as global user interaction, was of high importance.

Global Collateral Brand System
A&Co created a newly revamped system for all Avista literature to aid in the company's global expansion. This system now allows for the regionalization of content without losing the integrity of the brand and consistent design language.

Virtual Experience & Tradeshows
Working closely with the Avista team, A&Co designed custom displays and the associated print and marketing materials to develop unique branded environments for trade shows, including virtual 3D experiences. This not only includes graphics, but also videos and revised messaging for consistency across the global shows and co-branded events with Kurita, the parent company.

Project Acorn
In partnership with the leadership team at Avista, A&CO developed a launch campaign to announce Kurita's acquisition of the company to internal teams on both sides. The campaign consisted of thoughtful tools, such as branded presentations, transitional documents, branded merchandise and videos. With the incredible success of this campaign, it has now been adopted by the parent company as they grow and acquire other companies worldwide.
